Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from initial design concepts and development to detailed construction documentation.
- Manage client expectations, project timelines, and consultant coordination to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Perform site analysis and lead the design strategy for adaptive reuse and new construction projects.
- Review and approve technical drawings to ensure compliance with local building codes, bylaws, and safety regulations.
- Mentor junior design staff and oversee the quality of output across the technical team.
- Coordinate with contractors and local authorities to resolve on-site technical challenges.
- Drive innovation in design aesthetics while maintaining project feasibility and budget integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in an architectural firm, preferably with experience in high-end design or heritage conservation.
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM) is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of local building regulations, planning submissions, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead client meetings effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced boutique environment.
