Join Lumut Maritime Terminal as a Senior Project Civil Engineer and take charge of critical infrastructure development within the RGT-3 PROJECT. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to oversee the planning, execution, and management of major civil engineering works, with a specific focus on jetty construction and maritime facilities.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all civil engineering projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with local safety regulations and engineering standards. You will act as the primary technical lead on site, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of civil engineering projects, specifically focusing on jetty and port infrastructure.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring all construction activities adhere to engineering designs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, cost estimation, and resource allocation to ensure financial targets are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and supervise contractors to identify potential risks and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to resolve technical challenges and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, MSDOS, and other relevant local regulations regarding civil works.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the mining, resources, or maritime/industrial sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and marine engineering principles.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Experience with the RGT-3 PROJECT or similar large-scale infrastructure developments is an advantage.
