Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage air and sea freight shipments, including specialized OOG cargo, from booking to final delivery
- Liaise with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure smooth and timely transportation of goods
- Prepare and process necessary documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and shipping instructions
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address any issues or delays that may arise
- Optimize routing and transportation methods to minimize costs while maintaining service quality
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding shipment status and resolve any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in air and sea freight operations, with specific knowledge of OOG cargo handling
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
