Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all phases of project engineering, including design review, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as required.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and technicians, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government agencies to facilitate smooth project execution and regulatory approvals.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to specifications, resolving technical issues swiftly.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field; Licensed Engineer (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressively responsible project engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety standards applicable in the Philippines.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects from start to finish.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Kidapawan City and travel to various project sites across Cotabato.
