D&K Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading projects from the initial kickoff phase through to successful completion. You will act as the primary point of contact for technical oversight, ensuring that all deliverables meet stringent quality standards, adhere to strict schedules, and stay within financial budgets while exceeding customer expectations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless integration and communication.
- Manage project budgets and financial resources, conducting regular cost analysis to prevent overspending and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure all engineering projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide progress updates, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project.
- Identify and mitigate project risks early in the development process to minimize delays and ensure project stability.
- Conduct technical reviews and quality checks to guarantee that all deliverables meet company and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience in project engineering and management within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar software.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid professional engineering license or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred.
