Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project management lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or relevant field).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project engineering and management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
