Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of civil and structural engineering projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, calculations, and project documentation.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to ensure delivery within constraints.
- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the project team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in civil or structural project management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ETABS.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid engineering license in Malaysia.
