Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through closure, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and timelines
- Manage project scope, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and field operations
- Implement quality control systems and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, OHSAS)
- Develop comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and handover packages
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions
- Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge transfer within the project team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in project engineering with at least 2 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record managing complex engineering projects in industrial or construction sectors
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP/Prince2 certification preferred)
- Advanced technical knowledge in engineering principles, CAD/BIM tools, and industry-specific software
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication abilities with fluency in English and strong stakeholder management experience
