- Own the end-to-end technical delivery of client projects, ensuring alignment with requirements and quality standards
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including technical specifications, timelines, and resource allocation
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Conduct technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Manage project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and post-project evaluations
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance project delivery capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in engineering project delivery
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects
- Strong technical expertise in relevant engineering domains and technologies
- Excellent project management skills with experience in planning, execution, and monitoring
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring and guiding technical teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
