Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure mechanical completion and commissioning according to strict project schedules.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, identifying critical paths and potential risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage technical specifications, ensuring all engineering activities comply with local regulatory standards and Air Liquide’s global safety protocols.
- Control project budgets, monitor expenditure, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality or safety.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular reporting on progress, resource allocation, and project health.
- Oversee contractor and vendor performance to ensure deliverables meet technical and safety benchmarks.
- Conduct site inspections and technical reviews to troubleshoot challenges and optimize mechanical performance during the commissioning phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in project management, specifically in industrial, oil & gas, or chemical plant environments.
- Proven track record in successful project commissioning and mechanical completion of complex industrial systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering standards (ASME, API, etc.) and industrial safety practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering design tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and commit to a 2-year fixed-term contract.
