Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to final execution and client handover.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration across all departments.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure strict compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and technical schedules.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to manage expectations and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the electrical or construction sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and relevant local codes and standards.
- Proven experience in managing project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and CAD tools.
