Vision Brite Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Engineer (Electrical Field) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead complex electrical projects from conception to completion while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and supervision of electrical engineering projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring that project milestones are met and technical requirements are fully satisfied. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of electrical projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct thorough site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments to define project requirements.
- Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations (e.g., PEMP, PUA), and company engineering standards.
- Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, specifications, reports, and project documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and site staff, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical project engineering and field supervision.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian electrical standards (SIRIM), safety regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ETAP.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Valid PEMP (Professional Engineerās Membership) or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
