Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end engineering project lifecycle management from conceptualization to commissioning
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including design, production, and quality assurance
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Oversee budget management and cost control throughout project execution
- Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance audits
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
- Optimize engineering processes for efficiency and sustainability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in project engineering
- Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects
- Strong technical knowledge of filtration systems and industrial processes
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
