Our client, a leading player in the security system and inspection equipment sector, is looking for a driven Senior Project Engineer to join their team in Jurong East. This is a critical role that bridges technical expertise with on-site leadership, ensuring that high-stakes security projects are executed with precision and efficiency.

You will act as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring that equipment deployments meet rigorous quality and safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for security and inspection equipment installations.
- Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff and field technicians.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
- Oversee on-site equipment testing and commissioning to ensure optimal system performance.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or field engineering, specifically within security or inspection systems.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing technical teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to travel to various project sites across Singapore.
- Strong communication skills in English to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and technical CAD software is a plus.
