As we continue to expand our footprint, we are inviting dedicated professionals to take ownership of mega civil and infrastructure projects, particularly those commissioned by the Land Transport Authority (LTA).
In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful execution of complex civil engineering projects from inception to completion. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of experts, utilizing cutting-edge construction methodologies and sustainable engineering practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise onsite construction activities to ensure project milestones are met within scope and budget.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, clients (LTA), and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project communication and coordination.
- Prepare, review, and monitor method statements, shop drawings, and technical submissions for compliance with LTA standards.
- Implement and maintain rigorous Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) standards on-site.
- Analyze project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively propose engineering solutions to resolve site issues.
- Oversee the preparation of progress reports, project schedules, and documentation for submission to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical staff to ensure high-performance team output.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or infrastructure construction, preferably with LTA project exposure.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, LTA standards, and codes of practice.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools like Primavera or MS Project.
- Proven track record in managing subcontractors and site operations effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety protocols.
