We are looking for a talented Senior Project Engineer (Power Generation / Genset) to join our thriving team in Jurong East. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will take full ownership of complex projects, from the design and procurement phases through to installation, testing, and commissioning. You will coordinate closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Your deep technical expertise in generator sets, control systems, and power distribution will be essential in maintaining our reputation for engineering excellence. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members, helping to build the next generation of engineering talent within the company.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full project lifecycle for power generation and genset projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Lead project meetings, coordinate with stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors), and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, specifications, and documentation for genset systems, including fuel systems, cooling systems, and electrical integration.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of power generation equipment.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety.
- Collaborate with the sales and tendering team to provide technical support for new business opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, safety standards (WSH), and quality management systems (ISO).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project engineering experience in the power generation, genset, or M&E industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel generator sets (10kVA to 2MW+), ATS, synchronizing panels, and switchgear.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel regionally for short-term project assignments.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Chartered Engineer status is highly advantageous.
