Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects within defined timelines.
- Monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
- Ensure all engineering work complies with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to minimize costs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or management.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driving license is preferred for site visits.
