Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for M&E installations within mission-critical Data Center environments.
- Lead on-site project coordination, ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met within budget and on schedule.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical M&E systems, including HVAC, power distribution, and fire protection systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and quality assurance.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders and ensure all documentation is filed in accordance with quality management protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience within the construction or M&E sectors.
- Hands-on experience with Data Center or large-scale industrial M&E facility projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, or related project management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s BCA and safety compliance standards (e.g., WSH regulations).
- Proactive problem-solver with a meticulous approach to technical documentation and site safety.
