Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for cross-functional R&D initiatives
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and KPIs
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (scientists, engineers, industry partners) to ensure alignment
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while maintaining rigorous PMO governance standards
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive stakeholder engagement
- Optimize resource allocation across concurrent projects within ARTC's technology portfolio
- Drive innovation adoption through continuous improvement of project management frameworks
- Report project status to executive stakeholders using data-driven dashboards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience in R&D or advanced manufacturing environments
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management credentials
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and PMO governance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Exceptional communication abilities for stakeholder management across technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience in Singapore's public sector or government-linked R&D organization is advantageous
