In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of security system projects, from initial planning and design through to successful implementation and commissioning. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and operations departments, to ensure seamless project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be expected to travel to various project sites across the West Region, providing technical guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end security system projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and quality control measures
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on security system design, installation, testing, and commissioning procedures
- Travel to various project sites across the West Region to oversee implementation and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout all project phases
- Mentor and support junior engineers and team members to foster professional growth and development
- Prepare detailed project documentation, progress reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security systems project management, preferably in the Singapore market
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of security systems technologies, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic work environments
- Valid Singapore driving license is highly advantageous
- Professional certifications in security systems or project management (e.g., PMP, CPP) would be an added advantage
