Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technical integration
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Industrial preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of project engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies
- Certification in PMP or equivalent project management qualification
- Advanced knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Proven track record in stakeholder communication
- Experience with budget management and cost control
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
