Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution for stateline communication and infrastructure initiatives
- Design, implement, and maintain robust engineering systems adhering to industry standards
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, and construction phases
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for complex projects
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and stakeholder progress reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project engineering with infrastructure focus
- Proven track record in stateline communication systems deployment
- PMP or equivalent project management certification required
- Strong expertise in engineering design principles and infrastructure standards
- Advanced problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
