Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate site operations, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets, tracking expenses against forecasts
- Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders and senior management
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve project-related challenges
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams and clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- PMP certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
