- Lead and manage cross-functional commercial projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to drive successful commercial initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Oversee contract negotiations and vendor management to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
- Analyze project performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize outcomes and inform future strategies.
- Mentor junior project team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on commercial or sales projects.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
