Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver semiconductor and IoT solutions on time and within budget
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and quality teams to ensure technical excellence and regulatory compliance
- Monitor project KPIs, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while adapting to semiconductor industry-specific requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and team performance
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contracts for specialized components or services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in semiconductor, electronics, or IoT product development lifecycles
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana) and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to navigate technical and logistical challenges
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly desirable
- Experience managing international teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
