- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Implement SDLC and Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery
- Utilize MS Project, Confluence, and JIRA for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder communication
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven expertise in SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Confluence, and JIRA
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in IT consulting or services industry
