Pureprofile is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and support our delivery teams in the Philippines. In this pivotal role, you will oversee project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure seamless execution from initiation to closure. You will act as the bridge between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, driving projects to successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to allocate resources and track progress against milestones.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices in project delivery.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the IT or digital services industry.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
