Great Eastern is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to spearhead critical initiatives within our IT and Operations division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering the Distribution Channel Management System (DCMS) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) initiatives. You will oversee system enhancements, ensuring that complex projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Your expertise will be vital in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to drive digital transformation and operational excellence across the organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for the Distribution Channel Management System and Balanced Scorecard initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of system enhancements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively using agile or waterfall methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure business continuity.
- Facilitate clear communication between IT vendors, internal stakeholders, and management.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key business owners.
- Report project status, progress, and financials to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
- Strong understanding of Distribution Channel Management and Performance Management systems.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP are highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale system implementations or digital transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-departmental teams.
