As a Senior Project Manager, you will take charge of complex, cross-functional programs within the Information & Communication Technology domain. You will collaborate directly with global stakeholders, managing everything from budget and scope to risk and execution. Your leadership will ensure the successful delivery of strategic projects that drive our business forward and enhance our service offerings for Fortune 500 clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage complex, multi-phase technology projects and programs from initiation through closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets (P&L responsibility).
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) and maintain Waterfall milestones simultaneously.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide timely status reports to executive leadership.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to ensure delivery excellence.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and project coordinators within the PMO.
- Drive continuous improvement by championing best practices, tools, and process optimization initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive Project Management experience, ideally within a BPO, IT, or Telecommunications environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is required.
- Agile/Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $500k or PHP 25M.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing global, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
- Willingness to work in a home office setup with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
