Kroll is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution. You will be responsible for upholding enterprise PMO standards, ensuring that our business portfolio projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at stakeholder management, and possesses the ability to synthesize disparate data points into actionable insights. You will play a key role in driving process improvement, risk mitigation, and strategic resource allocation across the business.
Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure strict adherence to enterprise PMO governance, methodologies, and reporting standards.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact business portfolio projects.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data points to inform project health and strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to meet critical business KPIs.
- Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to the project steering committee.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within a global corporate environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level portfolios and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong proficiency in PMO software tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level reporting.
