Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-lifecycle management of construction projects from planning to handover
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards rigorously
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Prepare detailed project documentation and stakeholder reports
- Drive continuous improvement in construction methodologies and sustainability practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering residential/commercial projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience managing projects in Bali/Indonesia highly valued
