Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for the Exxa Site, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Technical Architects, CX Consultants, and Pre-Sales professionals
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering professional growth and skill development
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the IT or CX domain
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Experience with project management tools and software (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
