ROC Communications is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager - Fibre Deployment to lead our live fibre infrastructure projects in Kuala Lumpur. This pivotal role supports ROC Australia's strategic expansion into the Malaysian market, setting the benchmark for safe, high-quality telecommunications delivery across the region.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership, from initial planning through to successful deployment and handover. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of live fibre deployment projects in Kuala Lumpur, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies for multiple concurrent projects
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout all project phases
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress, challenges, and milestones to senior leadership
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in fibre deployment methodologies
- Support ROC Australia's expansion initiatives by contributing local market expertise and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience in telecommunications or fibre optic infrastructure projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Strong understanding of fibre optic deployment techniques, testing procedures, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with local authorities, utility companies, and regulatory bodies in Malaysia
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
