Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for fire safety construction projects
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety compliance protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams through agile project execution methodologies
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in fire safety or construction
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Deep understanding of NFPA/ISO fire safety standards
- Expertise in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder communication abilities
