Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for financial services initiatives, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while implementing effective contingency plans
- Provide regular status updates and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Mentor and guide junior project team members to foster professional growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in project management within IT or financial services
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana
