ATS Consulting Services Ph Inc. is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead high-stakes implementation and transformation initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end implementation and transformation projects with budgets exceeding ₱50M
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with clear milestones, deliverables, and KPIs
- Apply PMP/Prince2 methodologies to ensure governance, risk mitigation, and quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, operations, vendors) to achieve project objectives
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across all organizational levels
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through agile and waterfall hybrid approaches
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in transformation roles
- Active PMP and/or Prince2 certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex ICT infrastructure or software implementation projects
- Expertise in contract management, vendor negotiations, and SLA enforcement
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
