Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full lifecycle of interior construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost-control measures to maximize company profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, identifying potential risks and mitigating them proactively.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards.
- Lead and mentor junior project team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and financial updates for management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation, permits, and certifications are handled accurately and in compliance with local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management specifically within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of interior construction materials, techniques, and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar) and CAD tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams and resolve complex technical challenges under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on project efficiency and bottom-line impact.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
