- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for IT infrastructure deployments and civil works initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and construction domains
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables through agile methodologies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience with 3+ years in IT infrastructure/civil works
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification mandatory
- Proven expertise in managing multi-million dollar projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure systems (network, cloud, security) and civil engineering principles
