Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and manage full-cycle construction projects for luxury residential high-rises and estates from inception to handover.
- Coordinate with world-class architects, interior designers, and consultants to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure on-time and under-budget delivery.
- Lead on-site teams and subcontractors, maintaining rigorous safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile stakeholders, providing transparent reporting and strategic updates.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to maintain development momentum.
- Oversee the procurement of premium materials and ensure compliance with international construction standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in high-end luxury residential developments.
- Deep understanding of structural engineering, MEP systems, and premium architectural finishes.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills with the ability to manage diverse multi-disciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder communication.
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is highly desirable.
