We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Manager (Main Contractor) to join Cipta Dimensi Baja Nusantara. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of high-quality steel structure construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning and design coordination to final handover and closeout.
- Coordinate effectively with internal engineering teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures and safety protocols (K3) to ensure a zero-accident environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders and clients.
- Mentor and supervise the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 (five) years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Specific experience working as a Main Contractor (Kontraktor Utama) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of steel structure engineering, construction methodologies, and local building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
