Are you an experienced Project Manager with a deep passion for enterprise-level CRM solutions? E-Solutions Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our mission-critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and global stakeholders, ensuring that complex business requirements are transformed into robust, scalable CRM solutions.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid setup, providing the flexibility you need while maintaining strong team collaboration. You will be instrumental in driving project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, navigating the nuances of global business operations while working in a night shift capacity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders to capture business requirements and manage expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, functional consultants, and QA analysts.
- Monitor project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure technical best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide regular reporting on project health, velocity, and resource utilization to senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, with a preference for Agile/Scrum expertise.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across time zones.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
- Proven ability to bridge technical requirements with business goals.
