Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end project management for retail boutique interior fit-outs from concept to completion
- Coordination with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with design vision
- Budget oversight, cost control, and resource optimization throughout project lifecycle
- Quality assurance implementation and compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Stakeholder management including regular client reporting and progress updates
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution during construction phases
- Team leadership and mentorship of junior project staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail interior fit-out project management
- Proven track record delivering boutique retail projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes, permits, and compliance requirements
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
