- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to gather, document, and validate requirements
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage cross-functional team collaboration
- Implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor project budgets and financial controls while maintaining ROI focus

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 7 years of IT industry experience with 5+ years in project management
- 1+ year of dedicated business analysis experience with requirements documentation
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Certification in PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management credential preferred
