As a Senior Project Planner, you will lead the integration of engineering workflows, risk assessment, and resource allocation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Perform critical path analysis to identify potential project delays and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with site engineers and procurement teams to ensure resource leveling and material availability.
- Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and project stakeholders.
- Manage the project baseline, tracking actual progress against planned milestones and providing variance analysis.
- Facilitate planning meetings to align project teams on deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
- Review and validate subcontractor schedules to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or Construction Management is required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project planning or control within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, engineering workflows, and project life cycles.
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes projects with complex interdependencies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certification such as PMP or PSP (Planning and Scheduling Professional) is a significant advantage.
