Join AECOM, a global infrastructure firm, as a Senior Project Planner for our landmark Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) project in Tuas, Singapore. The IWMF project represents a major multi-disciplinary initiative that will transform waste processing in Singapore. As a Senior Project Planner, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating complex project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining alignment with project milestones and objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for the IWMF project
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate technical specifications into project plans
- Optimize project workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project planning, with at least 3 years in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven experience with waste management or environmental infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
- Experience working in Singapore's construction/environmental sector is preferred
