- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for ZKTeco's security and access control solutions
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the West Region
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in security or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of security and access control systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the West Region
