Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance strategy blending predictive and preventive maintenance with rapid, effective corrective actions. Your advanced knowledge of industrial controlsâincluding PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens), SCADA platforms, servo drives, and VFDsâwill be paramount in troubleshooting system anomalies and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives to boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for multi-shuttle, conveyor, and pallet lifter automation systems to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for complex mechanical, electrical, and control system failures, implementing robust corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and contractors, ensuring high standards of work quality, safety compliance, and continuous skill development.
- Manage spare parts inventory and critical spares strategy to ensure optimal stock levels while controlling costs and maintaining strong supplier partnerships.
- Drive continuous improvement and reliability engineering initiatives by analyzing system data (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks.
- Manage the annual maintenance budget, track expenditure, and report on key financial and operational KPIs to senior management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the successful commissioning, acceptance testing, and integration of new automation equipment and system upgrades.
- Enforce and champion strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company safety policies, and LOTO procedures across all maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related field. Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in maintenance engineering, project engineering, or automation within logistics, distribution, or high-speed manufacturing environments.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of automated material handling systems (ASRS, multi-shuttle, conveyors, sorters, palletizers) and industrial control systems (PLCs, SCADA, servo/VFD drives).
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing technical teams, with strong coaching, delegation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (PMP or equivalent preferred), with experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to drive data-backed decisions.
- Deep understanding of Singapore WSH Act, risk assessments, and safe work procedures for high-voltage and heavy machinery environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin or an additional regional language is highly beneficial for effective stakeholder collaboration.
