Join CBM Pte Ltd as a Senior Property Manager (ECC) and take charge of premium estate operations in the prestigious Katong area. This pivotal role demands strategic oversight of property assets, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence. You'll orchestrate critical soft services including pest control management, landscape maintenance, cleaning protocols, and security systems to create a safe, aesthetically pleasing environment for residents and commercial tenants. Beyond day-to-day supervision, you'll develop property management strategies, optimize operational budgets, and implement service improvements that enhance property value and tenant satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of service providers while maintaining strict compliance with Singapore's property regulations and industry best practices.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee comprehensive estate management for assigned properties, ensuring all soft services (pest control, landscaping, cleaning, security) meet premium standards
- Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for estate maintenance services
- Monitor property performance metrics, budget adherence, and service quality improvements
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease administration with professionalism
- Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and property management protocols
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including security, cleaning, and maintenance personnel
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Estate Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years' property management experience with 2+ years in senior leadership role
- Proven expertise in managing estate soft services (pest control, landscaping, cleaning, security)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore property regulations, strata management, and compliance requirements
- Excellent budget management and cost control skills for property operations
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management across tenants, vendors, and authorities
