Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience with team leadership
- Proven track record in U.S. residential/commercial property operations
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and reporting expertise
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)
- Valid real estate license or relevant industry certification preferred
