- Develop and implement property enhancement strategies to maximize asset value and ROI
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Manage client relationships and negotiations for property transactions and leasing agreements
- Oversee property valuation, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless property operations and maintenance
- Prepare detailed market reports and strategic recommendations for senior management
- Lead property viewings and presentations to prospective clients and investors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management or real estate sales
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and financial data
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in property valuation methodologies and CRM software
- Valid Real Estate Broker license (preferred)
